Today, 1 in 7 employees are working family caregivers in the UK. 83% of working family caregivers report feeling very stressed juggling work and adult caregiving duties - productivity falls by 50%, absenteeism rises, 10% quit their jobs, costing the UK economy £20 billion in lost output each year.

Holidity is a new behaviour change solution for preventative health resulting from the 5-year ’smart wellness’ research work of Dr Julia Jones.  Clients include SAP, Oracle, Wickes, Reply Group, Unilever, Vitality, NHS, and ITV. The programme harnesses proven, low effort, and low-cost habit-hacking techniques. Three specific habit-hacks were identified during the research journey. They efficiently and directly target key evolutionary biology circuits underlying the common pain points driving accelerated biological ageing and chronic diseases: stress, sleep, weight management.  Holidity now teach these 3, simple, low-effort, low-cost habit-hacks to the working population via employee wellness programmes.
